Returns and Refunds
All items are refundable as long as we are being informed no later than 72 hours after receipt. Further to mutual agreement, items will be refunded except for the shipping charges – as long as they are being returned to our address above in the exact same condition they have been initially and originally shipped.
Lost Items
We ship everything with “Delivery Confirmation” service to reduce that risk. If an item becomes lost and after research, we will refund the item at our expense. However if the item is shown as “Delivered” by the USPS, we will not replace that item or provide a refund. Please make sure your local postal carrier knows how to handle your delivered items
Order refusal
Although extremely rare, we reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason
